User Agreement

Welcome to Gadou! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Gadou mobile application ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Gadou, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gadou. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Use of the App

Gadou allows users to:

• Interact with AI characters that have unique personalities, backgrounds, and stories

• Create custom characters, including name, personality traits, descriptions, and images

• Customize chat background images for each character’s conversation space

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or interact with in the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to:

• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity

• Uploading harmful, offensive, or infringing content

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App’s systems

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any original content you create within the App. By using Gadou, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the App and its features.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or disable any content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately at AIgadou@outlook.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Privacy

Your use of Gadou is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gadou at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or harms other users, the App, or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology within Gadou are the property of Gadou or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Gadou is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify users of material changes where required. Your continued use of Gadou after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
